Facing the Mediterranean, Latitud I and Latitud II spring from the same vision: to create spaces where light, calm and materiality build a more mindful way of living, connected with the surroundings.

The project explores the relationship between architecture and interior design from a serene, timeless perspective. Natural light flows through every room, amplifying the perception of space and strengthening the constant link between inside and outside.

Noble materials, organic textures and a soft colour palette shape a warm and balanced atmosphere. Every space has been conceived to convey wellbeing, fostering an everyday experience marked by simplicity, comfort and harmony.

Although they share the same identity, each home develops its own nuances that respond to different ways of living. Two homes united by the same philosophy: understanding design as a tool capable of improving the lives of those who live in it.
