How do we work?

First
Contact
- We will meet online or in person to get to know each other and identify the needs and ideas you want to bring to the space we are going to create.
02.
Space
Analysis
- You can send us plans and photographs so we can see the current condition of the property.
- If you prefer, we will visit the space, take on-site measurements and set out the construction options and their feasibility.
03.
Layout
and Floor Plans
- We will show you several layout proposals and advise you on which one best suits you.
- We take care of all the technical plans required by the professionals involved: architects, building engineers, builders, electricians, carpenters, stonemasons, plumbers, etc.
04.
3D Visualisation
and Concept Board
- Using 3D images, we will present several proposals from which you will choose the combination of materials, furniture, lighting… you like most. This way you will have a 100% visual and realistic idea, which will avoid extra costs later in the works.
- This is the final phase, which defines the concept and the final design.
05.
Budget,
site management and construction
- Budget for the final proposal, specifying all the finishes and work to be carried out.
- We also take full charge of monitoring and coordinating all the professionals involved in the works, from start to finish. Relax and spend time on what really matters to you; we will be with you throughout the process.
06.
After-sales
- Once the works are finished, we hand over the keys and offer an after-sales service so you don’t have to worry about anything.
