STEP HOUSE
Step house is a renovation project where we start with a spacious living space, with the need to infuse it with personality and adapt it to contemporary standards. It gets its iconic name from the characteristic step that divided the house into two different heights, constituting a distinctive element from which the name is now preserved, thus eliminating the danger it posed and ensuring proper integration with the overall design.
According to the client's preferences, a proposal is developed that requires minimal construction, preserving the layout of the rooms for their current use and creating a concept centered around an open space where the kitchen and dining area constitute the focal point. The design incorporates combinations of materials in white tones and wood finishes, evoking a rustic home in the center of the city.
