Marineta Casiana is a single-family home project in Dénia, set on a Mediterranean hillside among olive trees and dry-stone walls. Its two floors open up to the landscape through large windows, generous terraces and an infinity pool that extends the house outdoors.
Inside, the project follows a simple idea: keep only what is essential. A warm palette of sand tones, natural wood and fibres, soft-textured finishes and indirect lighting that outlines shelves, steps and ceilings create calm, welcoming spaces.
Every room is designed for everyday life: a living room with a fireplace and built-in shelving, an open kitchen with an island that flows into the dining area, and an entrance hall with bespoke joinery that hides the technical installations without sacrificing aesthetics.
The result is a bright, timeless home where architecture, light and materials work together so that Mediterranean living feels, above all, simple.
