SETLA VILLAGE

“Designing from the origin: this is how Setla Village was born, a project that combines Mediterranean essence, functionality and balance in every detail.”

In the heart of Els Poblets, just a few minutes from Dénia, stands Setla Village, a residential complex that reinterprets Mediterranean living with a contemporary, functional approach. A group of 2 and 3-bedroom terraced houses, with a private patio and underground garage, designed for those seeking balance between comfort, design and surroundings.

At Talma Studio we have been part of the project from its origin, working closely with the developer to shape a coherent and attractive proposal. We took part in defining the layout, the technical development of the plans and the creation of the 3D visualisations, bringing our vision and experience from the very first moment to bring the design closer to the reality of those who will live in these homes.

Setla Village starts from an existing structure, a challenge that allowed us to rethink the spaces and adapt them to current needs, always taking care of functionality and comfort. The result is a development with a balanced layout, carefully selected materials and finishes, and precise control of the final price, guaranteeing a well-crafted and accessible product.

Setla Village reflects the value of designing through collaboration, where every decision adds up to create homes designed to be enjoyed every day, in a fast-growing area with all services within reach.
